We’re glad you’re interested in taking the Mindful Self-Compassion 8-week course. To register, please fill out your information in the form below.
Each participant in the course will receive:
- 24 total hours of instruction in Mindful Self-Compassion, which includes carefully sequenced self-compassion exercises, guided meditations, written exercises, group discussions, and mindful movement; our weekly meetings take place at Plaza Wellspring, 5 minutes away from the Country Club Plaza.
- Half-day retreat;
- Weekly handouts to reinforce the learning and provide support and reminders for home practice;
- Weekly homework assignments (optional, but recommended);
- Access to all meditation audio recordings
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel the class in case of low attendance. In which case, you will be given a full refund.
